The pregnant Lindsey (A.C.T. Master of Fine Arts Program graduate Emily Kitchens) and her husband, Steve (Richard Thieriot), have purchased the house, which is in a gentrifying neighborhood close to their downtown jobs, and are planning to remodel it drastically.
